The “Next Level Discipleship (NLD)”, led by Maurice Cornwell, will be a weekly small group that meets on Saturdays in room 312 of the church building. The first class will be on Saturday, February 20 at 3:00pm.

The purpose of this NLD class – To build the Christian student, whether they have been saved for 1 or 101 years, to seek a more effective personal walk in biblical discipleship.

The goals of this NLD class – 1) To use the Bible and other biblically centered materials to encourage the class in stepping up naturally and spiritually in leadership by emulating the founding disciples. 2) To foster in everyone a greater sense than ever before of sitting at the feet of Christ to learn the proper biblical construct for the local church and the correct roles of its leaders.

The threefold design of this NLD class – 1) To invoke a deeper self-reevaluation on: how you [the student] “actively” seek to grow in Christ in fulfilling your purpose as part of the local  church; 2) how you “actively” contribute to bringing about the fulfillment of the great commission; and 3) how you “actively” aim to grow in your ability to successfully disciple others in becoming biblically Rooted and Grounded in Christ.
