Dr. Greg Kame currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Glen Burnie Baptist Church. He is originally from Cameroon, West Africa where he obtained his seminary degrees. He also holds a Doctor of Theology (PhD) degree in Systematic Theology from the University of South Africa. During his Doctoral studies, Dr. Kame spent a term as a researcher at the VU University Amsterdam, the Netherlands. While in Europe, Dr. Kame engaged in extensive research on the Reformation, visiting several places of the Reformation especially in Geneva, Switzerland where notable Reformed theologians lived and taught daily. Together with his further study experience as a Black Theology and Leadership Fellow at Princeton Theological Seminary, Dr. Kame considers himself a Reformed Baptist Pastor/Theologian.
He moved to the U.S. for full time ministry in June 2014 and since then, he has held different pastoral and ministry leadership positions in our local Association and State Convention. He is also on the Adjunct Faculty of Regent University School of Divinity in VA Beach where he teaches Systematic Theology to graduate students. Dr. Kame currently lives here in Glen Burnie with his wife (Lena) and their two children (Karis and Jason).
